My Shit

I decided to try to come to school more in an effort to get more work done. So far, I think it is a wash. On days when I've been writing I do tend to write as much as when I am at home. There are a number of distractions here that I do not like (like my adviser asking me to do more work) but there are also a number of distractions at home. The difference is that I really like some of the distractions at home (i.e. Angus). I have a better chair at home, two monitors, a better key board, etc. I think I'm going to give this another couple of weeks to see how it works out though just because it is helping me to better delineate home life from school life.

I'm slowly building a new engine for my car. Here's the oil pickup. I modified it with the round holes so that it would be less restrictive. The one oval hole just isn't enough.
