- So ligers (cross between a tiger and part lion) do exist. I saw this on The Discovery Channel tonight. They are huge. They eat 25lbs in one sitting. A liger could eat poor Angus in one bite and use the left over ribs to pick his teeth.
- One of the big defining characteristics between humans and every other living thing on earth is culture: humans have it, others don't. Research is now finding that chimps have culture (the passing of tradition and knowledge from one generation to the next) too.
