Things I've Noticed Working Out
- No matter how big or strong you become with working out, whenever you drop a 10lb weight on your finger it still hurts.
- No matter how much you run or lift, water skiing, knee boarding, and wake boarding use muscles you never workout any other way.

It's so true! I always liked the soreness, because it was stuff I couldn't hit with my program.
And I just like the pain of soreness. It's a good feeling, like you've done something.
